Chicken Czardas

  1. Melt diet margarine in nonstick skillet over Medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and season with salt.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
  4. Add onion and mushrooms.
  5. Continue stirring for 2 minutes longer.
  6. Add sherry or white wine.
  7. Blend arrowroot and water in a cup.
  8. Add to skillet.
  9. Cook and stir rapidly until thick.
  10. Stir in yougrt and paprika.
  11. Cook just to heat.
  12. Do not boil.
  13. Serve with noodles and vegetalbes.
