Strawberry Tart: Brimming with Custard Cream

• 1 Tart crust
• 1 pack Strawberries
• 1 Blueberries
• 1 Powdered sugar (the ones that don't dissolve easily)
• 1 Mint leaves

1. Bake the tart crust and let it cool.
2. Make the custard cream and chill it in the refrigerator.
3. Spread the custard cream in the tart crust and even it out.
4. Top with halved strawberries and decorate with blueberries.
5. Dust and powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves.
6. It's also yummy if you use yogurt cream.

8. This custard cream is made on the stove and very authentic.
