Lemon Tahini Dressing

• 34 cup water
• 12 cup raw tahini
• 13 cup lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 3 garlic cloves

1. In blender, combine all ingredients.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Use within 5 days.
