Buttered Popcorn Bread
- 1 package yeast, active dry
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 2 teaspoons gluten flour
- 1 tablespoon butter buds
- 1 x salt
- 5 cups popcorn, popped popped, battered, salted and crushed until reduced to 2 1/2 cups
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups water very warm
- Add all the ingredients into the pan in the order listed, set darkness control at 11 o'clock.
- Select white bread and push "Start".
