Maple Marinated Roasted Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 400F In a large baking dish, combine maple syrup, ginger, lemon juice, soy sauce, pepper and salt.
  2. Place salmon, skin side up, in dish.
  3. Cover and refrigerate, and marinate 15 minutes.
  4. Turn; marinate another 15 minutes.
  5. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
  6. Place salmon on parchment, skin-side down.
  7. Brush with marinade and place in oven.
  8. Roast salmon 10 minutes.
  9. Brush fish with remaining marinade and continue roasting until flesh flakes when tested with a fork - 10 to 15 minutes more.
