Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage

  1. In heavy stainless steel or enamelled skillet saute cabbage and garlic 3 to 4 minutes, stirring to coat well with oil.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Combine well.
  4. Bake in preheated 350F (180C) oven 40 to 60 minutes or until tender.
