Cheesy Tuna and Vegetable Bake

  1. COOK the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water for 10-12 minutes or until al dente.
  2. Drain and cover to keep warm.
  3. HEAT the oil and saute the onion and zucchini for 3-4 minutes until softened, stir through the vegetables, tuna, cheese spread and milk, heat gently until combined.
  4. Remove form the heat and toss through the cooked pasta.
  5. SPOON into a greased 2 litre shallow ovenproof dish and top with combined breadcrumbs and melted butter.
  6. Bake in a moderate 180C oven for 20- 25 minutes until cooked and golden.
  7. Serve immediately.
