Cheesy Tuna and Vegetable Bake
- 1 1/2 cups spiral pasta
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 large onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 large zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 x 425g can tuna in brine, drained
- 1 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cheddar Cheese Spread
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups rough ciabatta breadcrumbs
- 90g butter, melted
- COOK the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water for 10-12 minutes or until al dente.
- Drain and cover to keep warm.
- HEAT the oil and saute the onion and zucchini for 3-4 minutes until softened, stir through the vegetables, tuna, cheese spread and milk, heat gently until combined.
- Remove form the heat and toss through the cooked pasta.
- SPOON into a greased 2 litre shallow ovenproof dish and top with combined breadcrumbs and melted butter.
- Bake in a moderate 180C oven for 20- 25 minutes until cooked and golden.
- Serve immediately.
