Kale Salad with Honey-Mustard Vinaigrette
- 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts
- 1 bunch kale, stems and ribs removed
- 2 Gala apples, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sunflower Kernels, toasted
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Cut stems off Brussels sprouts; discard.
- Cut sprouts lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin strips; place in large bowl.
- Shred kale.
- Add to Brussels sprouts along with apples, onions and sunflower seeds; mix lightly.
- Whisk remaining ingredients until blended.
- Add to kale mixture; toss to evenly coat.
