Pulled chicken with garlic sauce and avocado sauce

  1. Put your chicken in an oven proof pot.
  2. Dice your onions and place them in the pot with your chicken.
  3. Cover the chicken and onions with the bbq sauce.
  4. It is important that they are entirely covered.
  5. Cover your pot with the lid and make sure it is completely closed.
  6. Cook in the oven at 125F celsius/255F for 2,5 hours.
  7. Take off the lid and use two forks to pull the chicken apart.
  8. AVOCADO SAUCE: Mix together the ingredients.
  9. If your sauce is too thick, add some water until you have the desired consistency.
  10. GARLIC SAUCE: Press or grate the garlic and finely chop the parsley.
  11. Combine well with your creme fraiche, sour cream or greek yoghurt.
  12. Serve the pulled chicken in tortillas with vegetables, cheese and your sauces.
