Focaccia Pizza with Fresh Salsa
- 1 loaf (390 g) focaccia bread
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 1-1/2 cups Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Cut focaccia in half lengthwise to make 2 large rectangle halves.
- Toss tomatoes, olives and capers in dressing; spoon over bread.
- Bake 10 min.
- Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edges of bread are golden and toasted.
