Pancit Bihon

  1. Soak the pancit bihon noodles in cold water for 10 about minutes to soften.
  2. Add cooking oil to a large pan or wok with medium flame.
  3. Saute the garlic and onions.
  4. Add the chicken broth, shredded chicken breast (or pork) and the remaining vegetables, saute until cooked.
  5. Add the rice noodles and soy sauce, cook for additional 5 minutes or until the noodles have softened.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot with sliced kalamansi on the side.
