Smoky Citrus Pork Tenderloin

  1. Mix citrus peels and juices, garlic, salt, pepper and cumin.
  2. Pour over meat in resealable plastic bag.
  3. Seal bag; turn to evenly coat meat with the juice mixture.
  4. Refrigerate 30 min.
  5. to marinate.
  6. Remove meat from marinade; discard bag and marinade.
  7. Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
  8. Place meat on one side of greased barbecue.
  9. Turn off burners directly below meat; cover barbecue with lid.
  10. Grill meat 30 min.
  11. or until cooked through (160 degrees F), turning occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce for the last 10 min.
