Avocado Pie

  1. Prepare lime jello as instructed and place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours, only leave until it has started to set but do not allow it to set completely.
  2. It needs to be in a semi-liquid form.
  3. Smash avocado into a paste form.
  4. Use half the Cool Whip in pie; it is optional to use the remaining amount on top of pie as a topper.
  5. Once all ingredients are prepared as directed, combine in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed and in a liquid form.
  7. Pour into pie crust.
  8. Let pie set in refrigerator overnight.
  9. Top with remaining Cool Whip before serving, if desired.
