Avocado Pie
- 1 sm. avocado
- 1 box lime jello
- 8 oz. Cool Whip, room temperature
- 1 9-inch pie crust (either dough
- cookie crust)
- Prepare lime jello as instructed and place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours, only leave until it has started to set but do not allow it to set completely.
- It needs to be in a semi-liquid form.
- Smash avocado into a paste form.
- Use half the Cool Whip in pie; it is optional to use the remaining amount on top of pie as a topper.
- Once all ingredients are prepared as directed, combine in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir until all ingredients are well mixed and in a liquid form.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Let pie set in refrigerator overnight.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip before serving, if desired.
