Poppy Seed Chicken
- 4 whole Chicken Breasts, Cooked And Diced
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 8 ounces, fluid Sour Cream
- 1 cup Butter, Melted
- 1 cup Buttery Crackers, Finely Crumbled
- Poppy Seeds, To Taste
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix chicken, soup and sour cream.
- Put in a casserole dish.
- Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs.
- Spread over chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds (to taste) on top.
- Bake for 35 40 minutes.
- Note: Chicken can be cooked in lemon and butter.
- Use any leftover lemon and butter in the cracker mix.
