Black Beans Ham Hocks Recipe

  1. Let beans soak overnight.
  2. Chop pepper (bell), onion, garlic, fry lightly with ham hocks, bay leaf and butter till it looks yummy.
  3. Drain bacon and wash.
  4. Combine pan mix with beans in same juice.
  5. Add in warm sauce to taste.
  6. Cook on low 4-5 hrs or possibly till mushy.
  7. Serve over rice with green onions.
