Classic Scrambled Egg and Cheese Sandwich

  2. Heat a medium size nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add butter and allow to melt.

  5. In a small bowl whisk together eggs and milk until thoroughly combined.
  6. Pour into buttered pan and allow to cook without stirring for about 1 minute.
  7. Use a spatula to lift up the egg and allow the uncooked portions to run underneath.
  8. Continue to cook an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring gently, until fully cooked.
  9. Remove from heat, place slices of cheese on top of eggs, cover, and allow cheese to melt for 1-2 minutes.

  11. Meanwhile, slather bread slices with Miracle Whip.
  12. Top with half of egg/cheese mixture, 2-3 slices tomato, and a handful of greens.
  13. Serve immediately with chocolate milk.
