Goat Cheese Fettucini Alfredo with Italian Sausage
- 1 package Italian Sausages (4 - 5)
- 1/2 packages Fettucini Pasta
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan/romano Cheese, Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Soft Unripened Goat Cheese
- 1 whole Tomato, Chopped
- Sliced Olives
- Remove casing from sausages and place meat in a large skillet, breaking sausage up into small pieces.
- In a small sauce pan, add cream, butter, parmesan/romano cheese, goat cheese and simmer on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture begins to thicken (about 20 minutes).
- Boil water and cook pasta according to directions on the package.
- Drain pasta.
- Scoop servings of pasta onto a plate and drop sausage on top of the pasta.
- Garnish with chopped tomatoes and sliced olives.
- Drizzle Alfredo sauce over the top of the sausage and vegetables.
