Spanish Style Shrimp with Garlic

  1. Sprinkle salt on the shrimp and set aside.
  2. In a large fry pan, heat about two tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Add coriander seeds and saute a few minutes to release the flavor.
  4. Add paprika, pepper and garlic and cook until the garlic starts turning golden.
  5. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for a minute.
  6. When the bottom starts to turn pink, turn over the shrimp to cook the other side.
  7. If you have more shrimp to fry, removed the cooked shrimp and keep warm and fry the rest.
  8. When all the shrimp are cooked, add back to the fry pan and add lemon juice.
  9. Stir gently to coat all the shrimp.
  10. Garnish with cilantro or parsley and serve immediately.
