Spanish Style Shrimp with Garlic
- 3/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1- 1/2 pound Large Shrimp, Cleaned And De-veined
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 4 sprigs Cilantro Or Parsley, Chopped, For Garnish
- Sprinkle salt on the shrimp and set aside.
- In a large fry pan, heat about two tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add coriander seeds and saute a few minutes to release the flavor.
- Add paprika, pepper and garlic and cook until the garlic starts turning golden.
- Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for a minute.
- When the bottom starts to turn pink, turn over the shrimp to cook the other side.
- If you have more shrimp to fry, removed the cooked shrimp and keep warm and fry the rest.
- When all the shrimp are cooked, add back to the fry pan and add lemon juice.
- Stir gently to coat all the shrimp.
- Garnish with cilantro or parsley and serve immediately.
