Sausage-Pepper Pasta Toss
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated cheese tortellini, uncooked
- 6-1/2 oz. (1/2 of 13-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Smoked Turkey Sausage, sliced
- 1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1-3/4 cups CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min.
- or until sausage is lightly browned and peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in pasta sauce; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
- Add sausage mixture; mix lightly.
