Italian Chicken and Veggies
- 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 package Dry Italian Dressing Mix
- 1 whole Zucchini, Chopped
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Roughly Chopped
- 1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1 whole Yellow Squash, Chopped
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Kraft Italian Dressing
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Preheat oven to 450
- Marinate Veggies in dressing
- Cut foil to wrap around each breast to form a pocket.
- Coat chicken in dry mix
- Pour veggies and marinade over chicken
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Wrap chicken with foil
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until done
