Gluten Free Vegan Corn Bread
- 1/2 cup Corn meal
- 1/2 cup Gluten free flour
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Xanthum gum
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Non dairy milk
- 1 Flax seed egg or egg alternative
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Mix the corn meal, flour, xanthum gum, baking powder, salt, and sugar together
- Make flax seed egg and allow to sit for a few minutes
- Combine egg, oil, and milk and mix together
- Combine dry items with the wet ingredients
- Poor into pan or muffin tin
