Watermelon Cosmo Punch

  1. Pour the vodka, watermelon puree, lime juice and Simple Syrup into a pitcher.
  2. Add to a punch bowl or a hollowed-out watermelon.
  3. Serve in punch glasses over ice and garnished with mint.
  4. Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  5. Cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.
  6. Remove from the heat and let cool completely.
  7. Keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
  8. Yield: 1 1/2 cups
