Greek Salad Dip

  1. In a bowl, mash feta and cream together until smooth.
  2. Fold in cucumber, tomato, red onion and olives.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
  4. Variation: add 1/4 cup champagne or white wine vinegar to this to make a vinaigrette dressing.
