Touchdown Meatloaf
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 3 sticks KRAFT or POLLY-O Mozzarella String Cheese
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Whisk eggs, water and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in large bowl until blended.
- Add stuffing mix and meat; mix just until blended.
- Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; shape into football shape.
- Top with remaining barbecue sauce.
- Bake 55 min.
- or until done (160 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, cut 1 cheese stick lengthwise in half, then cut each half crosswise into 4 pieces.
- Place remaining cheese stick, end to end, on top of meatloaf.
- Top with short cheese pieces to resemble laces on a football.
- Bake 5 min.
- or until cheese starts to melt.
