Touchdown Meatloaf

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Whisk eggs, water and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in large bowl until blended.
  3. Add stuffing mix and meat; mix just until blended.
  4. Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; shape into football shape.
  5. Top with remaining barbecue sauce.
  6. Bake 55 min.
  7. or until done (160 degrees F).
  8. Meanwhile, cut 1 cheese stick lengthwise in half, then cut each half crosswise into 4 pieces.
  9. Place remaining cheese stick, end to end, on top of meatloaf.
  10. Top with short cheese pieces to resemble laces on a football.
  11. Bake 5 min.
  12. or until cheese starts to melt.
