Avocado Banana Protein Shake
- 2 cup milk (soy, coconut or cows)
- 1 banana
- 1 avocado
- 2 scoops protein powder (I used pea protein)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Pulse on ice crusher setting until the large ice cubes are crushed.
- Switch to high setting on blender or use frap setting for about 1 minute.
- Shake will be light green in color and thick and frothy.
- Enjoy!
