Hearty Shepherds Pie

  1. Boil/steam the potatoes until tender.
  2. Mash until smooth; fold through milk, margarine and parsley.
  3. Spoon steak and vegetables into a 12 x 12cm baking dish.
  4. Top with mashed potato.
  5. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until potato has browned and filling is piping hot.
