Hearty Shepherds Pie
- 500g potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon reduced salt margarine
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 410g can KRAFT* Braised Steak & Vegetables
- Boil/steam the potatoes until tender.
- Mash until smooth; fold through milk, margarine and parsley.
- Spoon steak and vegetables into a 12 x 12cm baking dish.
- Top with mashed potato.
- Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until potato has browned and filling is piping hot.
