Christmas Broccoli Salad

  1. Fry bacon until crispy, drain grease and set aside.
  2. Cut up broccoli flowerettes into bite-sized pieces, leaving just a little stem.
  3. Cut up enough for about 4 cups of flowerettes.
  4. Add onion, cheese and dressing.
  5. Refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight.
  6. Crumble bacon into bits, add to bowl and toss salad just before serving.
