Easy Deviled Eggs & Ham
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, cooled, peeled
- 1/4 cup finely chopped lean ham
- 1 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Mini Pickle, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks.
- Place yolks in bowl; mash with fork.
- Add ham, pickles, dressing, mustard and pepper; mix well.
- Spoon egg yolk mixture evenly into egg whites.
- Serve immediately.
- Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Garnish with a light sprinkling of paprika, if desired.
