Lobster Newberg

  1. In top of double boiler over very low heat, melt butter.
  2. Stir in flour.
  3. Add lobster, sherry, salt and paprika.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, combine beaten egg yolks and cream.
  5. Add to lobster mixture and blend well.
  6. Cook over very low heat, stirring frequently, until thickened.
  7. Serve at once over toast points.
