Devil's deviled eggs
- 1 dozen eggs
- 4 tbsp miracle whip
- 1 tbsp Sriracha hot chili sause
- 2 tsp spicy mustard (regular for mild)
- 2 tsp dill relish
- 2 tsp sour cream
- 1 tsp horseradish
- dash salt
- dash ground black pepper
- dash paprika
- Place eggs in a pot with cold water, bring to a boil.
- Add salt and leave for about 10 - 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and run cold water over eggs in the sink to remove hot water.
- Then let stand for about 5 min or until eggs are cool
- Peel off the shells and slice lengthwise in half.
- Remove the yoke and place in mixing bowl, set egg whites on a platter to the side.
- Add miracle whip, Sriracha hot chili sause, mustard, dill relish, sour cream, horseradish and a dash of salt&pepper to the mixing bowl with the yokes.
- Mix well for a few minutes (add a little milk if you like it creamy)
- With a spoon place a dollop of the mixture into the egg whites.
- A dash of paprika on top and your done!
