Devil's deviled eggs

  1. Place eggs in a pot with cold water, bring to a boil.
  2. Add salt and leave for about 10 - 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and run cold water over eggs in the sink to remove hot water.
  4. Then let stand for about 5 min or until eggs are cool
  5. Peel off the shells and slice lengthwise in half.
  6. Remove the yoke and place in mixing bowl, set egg whites on a platter to the side.
  7. Add miracle whip, Sriracha hot chili sause, mustard, dill relish, sour cream, horseradish and a dash of salt&pepper to the mixing bowl with the yokes.
  8. Mix well for a few minutes (add a little milk if you like it creamy)
  9. With a spoon place a dollop of the mixture into the egg whites.
  10. A dash of paprika on top and your done!
