Rosemary Greyhound Cocktail

  1. Combine the grapefruit juice, vodka and Rosemary Simple Syrup in a cocktail glass.
  2. Stir, add ice cubes and stir again.
  3. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
  4. Combine the sugar, rosemary and 1 cup water in a small saucepan.
  5. Cook over low heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.
  6. Let cool, then remove the rosemary sprig.
  7. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
  8. Yield: about 1 1/2 cups
