Apple Mashed Potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes until tender in water to cover in covered pot, 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Saute apple in oil until it softens.
  3. In food processor combine cooked, drained potatoes, apple, onion, caraway seeds, butter and pepper, and process until mixture is reasonably smooth.
