Mini Meatloaves

• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup beef gravy
• 2 lb. ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 2 eggs, beaten

1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Mix water and gravy in large bowl.
3. Add meat, stuffing mix and eggs; mix lightly.
4. Shape into four oval loaves on foil-covered baking sheet.
5. Bake 30 min.
6. or until cooked through (160 degrees F).
7. Slice and serve with your favorite vegetables.
