Asian One Pot Chicken Recipe

  1. Cut chicken into 14 pcs.
  2. Marinate overnight in soy sauce, wine, garlic, ginger and sesame oil.
  3. Heat the peanut oil in a large deep skillet, add in the chicken (reserve the marinade), and brown well on allsides.
  4. Add in the peppers and onions.
  5. Cook over low heat for 10 min, stirring frequently.
  6. Add in the rice and cook 5 min.
  7. Add in the water and left over marinade.
  8. Cover and cook till the liquid is absorbed.
  9. Turn mix over from top to bottom.
  10. Add in the scallions, snow peas, and waterchestnuts and soy sauce to taste.
  11. Recover and cook 5 min.
