Easy Bake Lasagna Recipe
- 1 can tomato puree (28 ounce.)
- 5 cans tomato sauce (sm.)
- 2 cans tomato paste (6 ounce.)
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- Italian sausage (opt.)
- 1 box wide lasagna noodles
- 16 ounce. ricotta cheese
- 16 ounce. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 can Parmesan cheese
- Combine all ingredients into a crock pot.
- Optional seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic pwdr, onion pwdr, etc.
- Let cook, covered on low for 8 to 10 hrs.
- Grease lasagna pan.
- Begin by covering the bottom of the pan with sauce.
- Then add in a layer of UNCOOKED lasagna noodles.
- Paint the noodles with ricotta cheese, add in a layer of grated Mozzarella cheese and then add in Parmesan cheese.
- Continue with this same procedure till pan is full.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 60 min.
- Let stand for 15 min then serve.
