Crispy Thin Gingersnaps Recipe

  1. Sift together 6 dry ingredients.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar with a mixer.
  3. Add in egg and molasses; beat well.
  4. Stir dry ingredients into creamy mix.
  5. refrigeratein the refrigerator for 4 hrs.
  6. Shape into 1- inch balls and roll in sugar.
  7. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 min or possibly till no imprint remains when touched lightly.
  9. Makes 3 dozen.
