Ringo Star

• 2 ounces dry sake
• 1 1/2 ounces apple cider
• 1/2 ounce caramel sauce
• 1 cinnamon stick

1. In a saucepan, gently warm the sake, cider and caramel sauce.
2. Stir well, pour into a martini glass and garnish with the cinnamon stick.
