Tuna Pate
- 1 (7 oz) can tuna, drained
- 8 oz (224 grm) soft cream cheese
- 2 t dry sherry
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 T dry parsley
- 1/8 t dill weed
- 1/8 t white pepper
- Mix well and chill for at least 1-2 hours.
- Serve garnished with tomatoes, if desired, on crackers.
