Maple Ribs
- 2 lb spareribs, precooked
- 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chili sauce (I use Bennett's)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- Combine all ingredients except ribs.
- Pour ingredients over ribs.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning occasionally.
- Grill or broil ribs as desired, basting frequently with sauce.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
