Shoney's Strawberry Pie Recipe

• 2 baked pie crusts (deep)
• 4 c. sliced fresh strawberries
• 2 c. sugar
• 6 tbsp. cornstarch
• 6 tbsp. strawberry Jello
• 2 c. water
• A few drops red food coloring

1. Mix last 6 ingredients and cook till thick.
2. Pour over strawberries in baked pie crust.
3. Makes 2 pies.
4. Top with Cold Whip.
