Ww Spicy Lime Shrimp

  1. Coat a nonstick frying-pan with cooking spray.
  2. Add onion, chili and garlic.
  3. Saute over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and saute 1 minute, stirring frequently.
  5. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in lime juice and cilantro.
  8. Simmer 1 to 2 more minutes so flavours blend.
