Vegan Chocolate Mousse
- 349 g soft silken tofu
- 12 cup semisweet vegan chocolate chips
- In the microwave, at 60% power, melt chocolate chips in a glass bowl.
- Poor silken tofu in food processor, whip until silky smooth.
- Poor melted chocolate in silken tofu.
- Whip until well blended.
- Refrigerate until set (30 minutes).
- ENJOY!
