Wilted Sour Cream Cole Slaw

  1. In a large bowl, pour boiling water over cabbage and let sit 5 minutes.
  2. Mix onion, vinegar, parsley, oil, sugar, caraway, and mustard.
  3. Test the cabbage, it should be slightly cooked but still crisp, drain well.
  4. Combine cabbage with the onion mixture, refrigerate until cool.
  5. Add sour cream and seasoning.
  6. Refrigerate until cold.
