Gazpacho SoupWarm Weather Fare

  1. Combine the tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, cucumber, garlic, vinegar, oil, hot sauce, and salt in a blender or food processor.
  2. Puree, pour into a large bowl, cover, and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes or in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Divide among 4 soup bowls.
  4. Float dollops of sour cream and cubes of avocado in each bowl.
