Easy Tiramisu Semifreddo

  1. Tiramisu: Cook pudding as directed on package.
  2. Add cream cheese and liqueur; stir with whisk until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  5. Fold in Dream Whip.
  6. Line 4 (9x5-inch) loaf pans (or 1 loaf pan for trial recipe) with foil.
  7. Pour about 3-1/2 cups (825 mL) pudding mixture into each prepared pan.
  8. Mix coffee and sugar; brush over ladyfingers.
  9. Place ladyfingers over pudding mixture; sprinkle with grated chocolate.
  10. Cover each with about 2 cups (500 mL) of the remaining pudding mixture; cover with foil.
  11. Freeze 2 hours.
  12. Remove from freezer to thaw slightly before serving.
  13. Top with Raspberry Sauce, if desired.
  14. Raspberry Sauce: Combine berries, sugar, water and lemon juice in saucepan.
  15. Bring to boil on medium heat; cook 2 to 3 min.
  16. or until slightly thickened.
  17. Process in food processor 1 min.
  18. or until smooth.
  19. Strain to remove seeds.
  20. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  21. Stir before serving.
