Asian Rice Pilaf Recipe

  1. In medium saucepan, cook and stir rice in oil over medium heat 3 to 5 min or possibly till golden brown.
  2. Stir in chicken broth, water, soy sauce, garlic pwdr and ginger.
  3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.
  4. Cover; simmer 20 min or possibly till liquid is absorbed a
  5. nd rice is tender.
  6. Stir in green onions.
  7. Makes 4 to 6 servings
  8. NOTES : Garlic and ginger add in character to this side dish
