Low Fat Lasagna

  1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic.
  2. Mix egg beaters and FF Ricotta.
  3. Layer sauce, noodles, ground beef, ricotta mixture, mozzarella.
  4. Repeat.
  5. Bake 1 hour at 350.
