Cool Cucumber Spinach Dip
- 1 container (16 Oz. Container) Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 container (8 Oz. Container) Low-fat Sour Cream
- 1 box (10 Oz. Box) Frozen Spinach Defrosted, Liquid Squeezed Out
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Dill, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sugar (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 clove (large) Garlic, Peeled
- 1 whole Small Cucumber Peeled
- In a mixing bowl combine yogurt, sour cream, spinach, dill, sugar, and pepper.
- Grate garlic and cucumber into the mixture and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with crudites, crackers, or baguettes.
