Grilled Dijon Chicken Caesar Salad
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard, divided
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 qt. (8 cups) torn romaine lettuce
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Brush chicken with 2 Tbsp.
- of the mustard.
- Grill 15 min.

- Cut chicken diagonally into thin slices; set aside.
- Combine remaining 1 Tbsp.
- mustard, the oil, garlic, lemon juice and cheese in medium bowl.
- Cover large platter with lettuce; top with chicken.
- Drizzle with the mustard mixture.
