Grilled Dijon Chicken Caesar Salad

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush chicken with 2 Tbsp.
  3. of the mustard.
  4. Grill 15 min.
  5. or until chicken is cooked through (170F), turning over after 8 min.
  6. Cut chicken diagonally into thin slices; set aside.
  7. Combine remaining 1 Tbsp.
  8. mustard, the oil, garlic, lemon juice and cheese in medium bowl.
  9. Cover large platter with lettuce; top with chicken.
  10. Drizzle with the mustard mixture.
