Sausage Rolls

  1. Preheat your oven to 220c.
  2. (425 F.)
  3. Mix together the meat, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley and salt and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Lay sheets of pastry out on your counter top.
  5. Cut in to 3 sections width ways and 6 longways, this should leave you with 18 rectangles.
  6. (You can cut them larger so you get 9 from each sheet if you please) Do the same with the second sheet.
  7. Brush a little mustard on each (or how much you like!)
  8. Next get a ball of the meat mixture and place it on each pastry rectangle, then wrap the pastry around it like a cigar.
  9. Paint each one with beaten egg.
  10. Place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
  11. These are really good hot or cold and are totally spectacular with some A1 brown sauce
